Lake Marie is located about 50 miles south of Mt. McKinley and the Denali National Park. It is on the Yetna River system which provides countless miles of premier salmon, trout and grayling fishing. We fly you out to the Lodge from Anchorage (airfare from Anchorage to Lodge included in the price) and have you fishing by mid-morning on the first day. This is the best King Salmon fishing on a fly rod in the world without a doubt.
It is common to hook up 25 a day and land at least 10. That is incredible Chinook fishing. Taylor Edrington of Royal Gorge Anglers owns three catch and release tippet class world records from this water and his records can be broken on any given day by you. The Sockeye, Silver, Pink and Chum Salmon fishing is just as good. Trout fishing is spectacular later in the season as well.
