Fish are staying on Pupa....

Since water temperatures are not soaring towards 60 degrees, fish are continuing to eat Caddis pupa voraciously in the mornings thru early afternoon. A pretty good hatch is going on the Canyon City riverwalk right now and the adult numbers should increase a lot this weekend. Concentrate on fishing the pupa wet fly style and fish egglayers after 5 PM for the best dry fly fishing.
