Gunnison Gorge Trips
The Gunnison Gorge, below the Black Canyon National park in western Colorado is a 14 mile wilderness river journey combining spectacular canyon scenery with one of Colorado's finest Gold Medal fisheries.
This fabulous fly fishing excursion takes you down the Chukar Trail for three days of carved canyons, pools and runs that hold some of the wildest fish in the Southern Rockies. As the canyon walls of the Hall of the River King recede to rolling sage hills we conclude this trip at the confluence with the North Fork at Pleasure Park.
We offer this trip at different times each year with a trip during the Stonefly hatch in late May, and another couple launches in late September for Hopper/Dropper season. They are all trips you will never forget.
