A quick message from Zach: "I am a fly-fishing and whitewater guide, volunteer with river organizations, and painter.  My habitats are the Rocky Mountains, Patagonia, the Amazon, the Himalayan Foothills and the Paraná Basin.  I paint with a bold palette and often employ abstractions to express the feeling of having my subject on the end of the line."
