a highly effective, low-riding dry fly/emerger pattern designed to imitate crippled or hatching Blue Winged Olives (BWO) and midges in sizes 18–24. Developed by Mike Hoiness, it features a CDC (Cul de Canard) wing for high visibility, a thread body, and a peacock herl thorax.
